How the numbers work
How is the annual cost of a manual task calculated?
Hours per week × people doing it × fully-loaded hourly cost × 52. Fully-loaded means salary plus employment costs, not just the wage.
Why does the calculator default to 70% automation, not 100%?
Because 100% is almost never true. Real automations handle the repetitive core and hand edge cases to a human. Claiming full coverage is how automation projects get oversold. Set the slider to what you believe.
Where does the build cost come from?
You enter it. Use any quote you're holding, from us or any other vendor, and the calculator shows the payback period against your own numbers. This tool doesn't price anything.
Is my data sent anywhere?
No. Everything is computed in your browser. The share link encodes your inputs in the URL so a colleague can see the same result. Nothing is stored on a server.
